Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails - $110, 000 base salary

The targeted base salary for this position is $110,000. We believe in rewarding our employees based on skills, merits, and business impact. Beyond salary, spot bonuses are issued for excellent performance by our engineering leadership. This is a unique opportunity to get down into the trenches of a growing business and product, work with cutting-edge technologies, be immersed in a seriously awesome company culture, and solve challenging problems daily. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the VP of Engineering to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. At the same time, on a daily basis, you will be leading the work and using an agile development concept to add to the primary education software.
